I sent a document via DHL for next day delivery to Alan Hon at Mandarin Management on behalf of my brother in Spain. The document didn't arrive and when the courier proved to be utterly incompetent and unbothered by this, I had to send a second copy by post, which arrived correctly next day. Alan was brilliant, keeping me informed of progress at all times, and when the first document finally arrived 12 days later, with a spurious demand for money which had already been paid, Alan sorted it out, which he didn't need to do. He then had the document apostilled and sent on to Spain with no further delays. Absolutely excellent service above and beyond. Highly recommended on all levels. Thank you Alan.

I cannot recommend Alan Hon and Mandarin Management (MM) HIGHLY ENOUGH. The service I needed (apostilling a Police Certificate for a Spanish Visa), was performed EXACTLY as offered by MM, and requested by me, professionally, quickly, helpfully and efficiently. (This was despite the courier company sending the dox to MM (my responsibility) messing us around and not performing, AND THEN a different courier company (my choice again) messing me around in send the completed dox to me). Alan Hon dealt with all this completely unflappably, and going ABOVE and BEYOND the service I had contracted. Visa renewal can be stressful, and Alan and MM were superb. Thank you!!
