We are thankful to Melanie who graciously tackled a challenging case without any condescension or reluctance. She was always professional, knowledgeable, and methodical in her approach and we are grateful for her expertise, patience, and support. Indeed, she took the time to explain things thoroughly, and put our minds at ease throughout the whole process. We couldn’t have done it without her.
