They have been a great help to me and my children. I applied for the PIP (Personal Independence Payment) for my son, and thanks to Dulce Silva, who helped us every step of the way with the process, we were granted the high rate for care and mobility. I'm sure it would have been impossible without her, as she made everything much easier because she also speaks my language perfectly, Spanish. Thank you so much for everything Dulce, and to the entire team behind her. They also helped me with my gas and electricity bills, as I had a large debt, and they reviewed my benefits and applied for what I was missing or needed at that time. Thank you for helping me so much during the worst of times. I highly recommend them; they do a great job.
Would’ve given 0 stars if I could. Lack of responsibility from the advisers as always.
Absolutely shambolic advice centre. The lady adviser constantly gives people hope of getting an appointment, but never ends up answering the calls at 9am on Mondays as promised. The communication is poor, the service is unreliable, and there seriously needs to be more staff to handle the number of people trying to get support.
