I had a very negative experience with Zareen Preston at Immigration Legal Advice Centre. She submitted my partner’s spouse visa extension late despite clear Home Office instructions and multiple reminders from me. Because of her negligence, my partner was placed on the 10-year route instead of the 5-year route, adding an unnecessary five-year delay to our settlement. Two reconsideration requests through our MP were refused, with the Home Office confirming the issue was the late submission by our legal representative. She refused to take responsibility, and her conduct caused significant stress and financial hardship for my family. I would strongly advise others to avoid this firm.
