Very poor service from Imtiaz Immigration Associates. Initially, the consultant was very polite and made big promises, clearly trying to lure me into paying more and more money. He suggested alternative routes for extending my visa and kept asking for additional fees. When I asked if the route was 100% guaranteed, I was told that paying more money would make it “more guaranteed,” which was very concerning. After payment, communication became difficult. Despite being promised access to his personal number, I could only call once. Any further questions were met with irritation, and I was told to visit the office and pay again for each visit. Once I refused to keep paying, his attitude turned rude and unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
