How do I send people very good but you answer for home office? Yes or no? Home office give you right question all Advice people are very good

Communication with the clients is not great at all, my mum had surgery and didn’t had way to come to the office to sign some documents we informed them and we wait for advice they never got back to us when she got well we contacted them again they didn’t reply after days we got letter informing my mum eviction from the house because she didn’t made appeal when we contacted them they said we didn’t contact before but we had all proves they only said her case was dropped and they can’t do anything, now my mum is without solicitor and without house and support thanks to them.
