I went first time citizen advice bureau in Feltham today for get advice. I waited for my turn more than 4 hours even few peoples front of me. I was disappointed why i sat there for that long? one of my friend advised me to go There even she is working in council. I think i ve shouldn't listen anyones & leave the place in 1 to 2 hours after also give my token to someone's. Im shocked why people's sitting there for that long. Better to find legal aid firm to get advice & save your time pls.They asked you questions about your past which is irrelevant. i think it looks unprofessional because they have to focus on the questions what people's asking you to help them. If you don't know nothing then tell them straight away sorry we can not help you out. I think they are gettig experiences from us. My advice Pls stay away from citizen advice bureau. I will never ever go back it was my firs time. I had bad experiences in my life it was stressful also wasn't helpful. I will not recommend to anyone to go there. She told me to go to on website via your phone to fill out forms if you need help make appointment then come back to me. No way I'm not coming back for wasting my time. They are not helpful. 1 lady's turn was after 3 people's but adviser seen her before 3 people's. How come? 3 people's waiting front of her turn. It's totally unfair if adviser shouldn't follow token no. Then stay home. It looks unprofessional you have to treat everyone equally because this is uk. Everyone were waiting for their turn because no 1 had free time. I learn lesson today. I hope there is 0 to 5 star So I ll give them 0 star. Unfortunately there is no 0 no. When I'm back then I got badly sick like swerve headache and shoulder pains continuesly It was too much for me. I'm sharing my experience to everyone's. Pls read my review. I hope you will get idea before going advice bureau.
