I found him to be so-so at helping with renting. He's lazy when it comes to finding rentals; I always just find them on the right move site and ask him to look at them. Even when we had a dispute with the landlord/agent after renting, he didn't actively try to resolve it. He just wanted us to sign the lease quickly and settle the remaining balance. Not recommended.
