Really difficult to get in contact, had many automated questions with the phone out down on me, managed to get through to a lovely lady who did really help me. Started the process in regards to trying to get my refund, had to phone them back up to start the next steps in the process into getting my refund, however it kept saying the lines were busy and put the phone down, for a month, this has meant the Six month window to get my refund is now over, and as such I have lost 2.5k, really dissapointed in the lack of connections on the phone lines
