Had an appointment with Mohammed, I had an issue with this eczema on my face for years and he told me there’s nothing he can do and just keep putting cream on it, what do you think I’ve been doing ? It’s clearly not working if I’ve had to come to the doctors, useless.
Very disappointing experience with the GP, as no real help was provided and after several visits I was essentially left to seek private care. I came in with a medical concern, but instead of being referred for proper tests, I was prescribed one of the strongest antibiotics with the comment: “if it doesn’t help, come back again.” After completing the course of antibiotics, I experienced a miscarriage. I am not a doctor, but it is natural to question whether this was just a coincidence. At my second appointment, I was seen by the same doctor. Despite clearly asking to be referred for tests, he continued to suggest using creams. Only after persistent requests was I finally referred, but later I realized the tests were for something completely unrelated to my issue. I also visited with my child regarding ongoing skin problems. My child has been suffering from the age of 3 months up to 3 years. Each time, I asked for proper testing, but was repeatedly told that my child would “grow out of it” and to just use creams. I could no longer wait and watch my child suffer, so I had to seek help at a private clinic, where proper tests were finally carried out. The whole situation is very upsetting. What is most concerning is that their policy emphasizes respectful communication, yet in reality patients are not treated with the level of care or professionalism one would expect. In my opinion, this place is only suitable for very basic care, like getting paracetamol, and is in serious need of more qualified specialists and a more responsible approach to patient care.
Recently i registered for my wife, and she need an urgent diagnose, but they refused that the application was registered there
