Very disappointing experience today. The receptionist was hostile and dismissive from the start, questioning how I entered the building and asking why I couldn’t print elsewhere when I explained I was there for help photocopying documents, as advised by a member of their team. I felt judged due to my financial situation, which is upsetting in a place meant to support people who may already be vulnerable. While waiting, I also witnessed the same staff member speaking to two foreign gentlemen in a similarly unwelcoming manner. Citizens Advice should be a respectful and supportive environment for everyone. I hope this is addressed.
