1/5 Stars — Avoid this agency. Extremely unprofessional and misleading practices. My experience with this agency was entirely negative from start to finish. I was asked to pay a total of £5,400 and agreed assuming they are providing an extraordinary job. Throughout the process, there was a lack of clear communication By Saumaya.They relying heavily on shifting verbal agreements and acting like aggressive sales people just to hit their targets rather than looking out for the candidates. The worst part of their "advice" by Saumya was asking often to resign from my ongoing, stable job before my visa was even acquired or secured. Giving counsel like that is reckless, entirely unprofessional, and completely disregards my livelihood as a candidate Fortunately, I saw the red flags in time and dropped the offer. As the job they provided were desperate to hire just anyone. I would strongly advise other chefs and hospitality professionals to steer clear of them. Even if trying to go with them be cautious.

I had a very disappointing experience with Goldstar Review Scotland. The service was highly unprofessional, with poor communication and almost no follow-up throughout the process. My case was not handled properly, and I constantly had to chase for updates. I was also concerned by what appeared to be an emphasis on collecting positive reviews rather than providing good customer service. This made me question the credibility of the business and the way it operates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their professionalism, communication, and transparency so future customers receive the service they deserve.
