I've had reason to use the c.a.b. several times, they are friendly ,professional, efficient and brilliant at what they do I have never been disappointed and they have put my mind at rest many times thankyou so much.
Atleast first time I lost hope when I contacted them through the phone.sometimes patient pays I needed help on my housing .I cudnt understand some things the house accountant kept telling me so I decided to seek help on citizen advice.i booked appointment and I waited for a month,I was happy when the date I was booked dawned and I went to meet them .I was nervous ,I am not good in my explanation of things but not as I thought .when I met the lady who helped me with my matter she was so friendly and quite understanding.i had a baby so she was patient with me.she called my house accountant and got all the details and made sure I understood what I needed to know.may God bless this office and place the staffs fortheir great help.they are really nice in their field you just need to be patient with them .thankyou for great help I really appreciate. I forgot the ladies name but God bless her for me.tgankyou
Went to get some legal advice as i really don't know what to do. They told me they don't help with that. Great, cheers then. I find this a little strange though, as it mentions employment, housing rights and legal issues?
Very poor service. Could hardly hear on headset and requested a 5 question survey which was irrelevant to our query!!!
