Refuses to help disabled people. It seems they do not want a paper trail for their advice so refuse to provide support to disabled people who cannot call via email

Interesting to see that the receptionist. Alan Patterson, continues to prevent people from the privilege of passing beyond his desk and actually speaking with an advisor more than 2 years later. He had himself prevented me from being able to speak with anyone with the expertise I so sorely needed. I should have made a complaint at the time.
