Avoid this lawyer. I had high hopes in using John Errington for my Global Talent Visa process. However a process that was meant to take eight weeks per the application website, as well as the his own engagement letter, ended up taking well over a year. I regret trusting this lawyer for this process. His extreme lack of communication with me resulted in a 13-month long unsuccessful process for endorsement from PACT and a huge loss of money (over £6000) on my end. Many times over the course of the last 13 months, I was continuously unable to get in contact with John, whether it was by phone, email or text. I was often left waiting weeks for a reply and I was never given a confirmation that my application was sent in, and had to follow up with ArtsCouncil myself several times. At one point, John admitted he had missed an email from UKVI that was sitting in Spam for over four months and that I might have to re-submit my application and get updated recommendation letters. I realized I was being taken for when a film I am in received an Emmy nomination and I inquired if we could resubmit with this in mind and was told that it wasn't worth it and wouldn't yield a positive endorsement. I ended up terminating my services with John Errington, hired a different barrister the next day and was able to secure a successful endorsement from PACT within 3 weeks time. Go anywhere else!
Ben helped me get my Skilled Worker visa. He was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process in answering my questions and provided clear insights and instructions. He's 100% professional and I would highly recommend this firm's services to anyone.
