The worse place you can ask for help , they let you die in front faster than any help I rather starve to death than come back there
I've visited three Citizen Advice branches, but Muirhouse is the worst. The Dundas Street branch was quick, everyone understood me quickly, and tried to help. The Leigh branch was also great! I waited three hours at Muirhouse, and in those three hours, each consultant only saw one client. It took three hours per client. I was seen by a trainee who started telling me the whole story of the creation of the world and what the letter A looks like! Although I should say a big thank you to the interns - my question was very difficult, it is unclear who chose her to solve my problem, she was the only one who tried to help me, but due to a lack of competence, she invited other employees to help, who, under various pretexts, tried to refuse to help me! The unqualified Muirhouse staff, using various excuses, tried to refuse to help me for an hour and a half! It's incredibly sad; management needs to do something about this branch immediately.
