We went in to get some advice on any credit available due to injury. The woman was unbelievably rude. You could hear her talking moaning about us to other staff through the door. Her only advice was to call CAB. What a waste of time and office space if that’s the case. She spoke over us the whole time and we ended up having to get up and leave whilst she wouldn’t let us speak. It should be a welcoming place for people that need help but it’s a disgrace. Old lady with short grey hair (clearly there’s been other comments about the same person)
