Well what can I say, if you have anything complicated DONT ask CAB for advice as they can’t give an answer. As a resident of EDC for over 60 year fully paid tex fully paid EDC excessive charges i turned to them for advice. After speaking to two call handlers the advice they gave was wrong their understanding was wrong. I personally will never waste my time calling them again. If you need proper correct advice seek out a lawyer who actually knows what their talking about.

I have had excellent service, support and advice from Kirkintilloch Citizens Advice Bureau staff for years. With due respect to all , I have to compliment in highest possible terms RAYMOND HEATH. Over last 2/3 Years Raymond has personally come to my rented homes to give advice, deal with benefit advice and applications as I get very confused. Raymond is sensitive , knowledgeable and listens politely to my questions and concerns. He then clearly explains and clarifies my concerns and needs. Raymond then clearly and with respect indicates what needs to be done, with sometimes complicated concerns. Raymond fully involves me in what his proposed actions will be and ensures I am happy with his next steps in my case.
