I went to Citizens Advice Dunstable today and had an appointment with Ali. She was very kind, polite, helpful and supportive throughout the appointment. I was really impressed by her knowledge, abilities and the way she handled a complex case. I had a really good experience and I would definitely recommend her!
Place if filthy as it can be imagined with long queues for starters. The employees have been wondering around having a chat woth each other more than actually doing their job. Their system can be considered to be outdated as they write down on a piece of paper the purpose of your visit and then you sit and wait for your number to be called like you are some kind of god on a leash. Wouldnt recommend better call them and wait for 1 hour on the line because thats how long does it take for someone to answer the phone rather than visit
Citizen advice in dunstable hardly ever pick up the phone. I understand its busy but it can't always be busy all the time .citizen advice in Luton help people same day and the desk so I don't understand why a small town like dunstable can't help people straight away at desk but have to wait for appointment basis . Staff are lovely but very slow service and answering phonecalls is worst . I do think answering calls needs to be improved and this is an honest review and needs to changed and improve this area of service .
The adviser was very patient, and he had answers to all my questions and directed me to the right place. He was superb. Thank you so much.
