Absolutely shocking. Went in for advice from an advisor. Got as far as receptionist. She wouldn't listen. She didnt understand the situation. I was not granted time with and ACTUAL advisor. The fact I wasnt able to access an advisor is absolutely rediculous. My advice is look elsewhere for advice. Personally ill never be donating again since only time I needed them they wernt interested!
The Yorkshire man is particularly dim and unhelpful and seems to have excessive energy to his unhelpfulness.
Rang with short enquiry and was put in a queue. When it came to my turn, after waiting for a considerable time, a recorded message told me to leave as there was no one to take my call. One expects this kind of behaviour from money grabbing corporations eager to avoid their responsibility but not from a well respected organisation such as citizen advice bureau. Well, I respected them anyway.
They are practically non existent in "advice" I really don't think they know the meaning of the word, my advice is,don't go there for advice,Google it instead!!
