Drumchapel Citizens Advice Scotland, I am writing this letter anonymously to bring to your attention the deteriorating quality of service at the Drumchapel Citizens Advice Bureau. As a resident of this community, I am deeply concerned about the following recurring issues: • Difficulty in Securing Appointments: It has become almost impossible for local citizens to get a scheduled appointment, leaving many vulnerable people without help. and please don't go and do make an appointment no phone call . and hopefully the place will shut it down soon .
