I had many issues to deal with and Citizens Advice Watford helped me sort them out one by one. They are patient and explained my issues to me very clearly. I am very grateful to them.
In the morning they attended me kindly and well in the afternoon at 2pm when I came back Nisiquera wanted to listen to me he did not let me speak nor has he solved the problem for me!! deceptionant... I wanted to tell you what happened because I came, he didn't let me talk... I don't speak English, I was with the translator... he sent me as I have gone... With nothing I have 2 daughters of the same thing, he doesn't care ! shame must give you (the grandfather who attended me) it's a shame! If I could I would give it 0 stars! I have seen the rasism in his face and in his expression!!
The volunteers here are very friendly and offer as much advice as they can. They are understanding, don't judge and always try to see you as soon as possible. They are a voluntary organization and do the best they can with the funds and volunteers available.
