Was spoken to very rudely by Aileen and felt very judged. Has caused me further stress. As someone with mental health hasn’t helped.
Only a little helpful but nice people who tried their best.
I was referred to a mental health caseworker here to help me with benefits and other things. Initially the support and help was fantastic. My reason for one star is because unfortunately the woman who helped me was put in a different role and I was assigned someone else. From that point the help I received was horrendous. I stopped getting appointments, stopped getting the same help . I had initially told them what I needed help with, and was assured they would assist me however once the new person stepped in all I received was a couple of emails confirming things, and then my case was closed without even offering the support and resources I was previously promised. To make matters worse I found that I was also missing out on additional benefits I was entitled to, due to them neglecting my case. I’m sure they will say to contact them or refer myself again, however I can’t understand why I would after having my situation handled that way. Again, the first caseworker was amazing, the second was the complete opposite. Not helpful, didn’t provide support and in the end it just left me with more stress and problems than I had to begin with.
So very helpful and patient helping my husband complete forms, can't think them enough.
