Great service, friendly, informative and very helpful. Only issue is accessible toilet not easy to access using electric wheelchair

They are not there to help at all when needed. Not a patch on what they used to be. Very disappointing.

Sadly don't follow through on helping you and let you down at last minute, why did they bother filling out a claim advising a possible chance then emailing saying they can't go through with it when i felt this may have been the case anyway at the time and then expecting me to cancel it leaving me with more problems then I began with. No wonder there are so many problems.
