Well meaning but not useful in the least. They would rather put you on hold for half an hour than ring you back. They can ring you back if there is a problem with the phone at their end - but only then I was told . Ridiculous! . Staff are polite but clearly not getting enough training to be effective. I spent a total of two hours on the phone to them trying to arrange a call back from a PIP form expert. " we don't have experts , we have volunteers" i was told. The Carers Trust advised me to speak to CAB - and CAb asked " why cant they help you ? " Finally they agreed to ring me rather than me drag my wife, with dementia,to a meeting - and then I get a text telling me I have an appointment at their premises. Gives me no hope for any advise of any substance. 0/5
