No experience to tell! April 2025. The first phone call was never answered or a return call received. I visited in person at the Cube in Corby, 10 days later. I waited 15 minutes until the gentleman being dealt with left. In the time it took me to get off my chair & move to the 'window', the person supposedly there to give advice had put a hand written 'Gone to Lunch' sign up. ( 12:15 - open until 2:00 p.m.) I pointed to it, saying 'Is this You?' She said 'You'd better be quick - I have health problems.' I answered "So have I, or I wouldn't be here! She then started to tell me what they were. At which point I said I couldn't cope with any more problems & walked out. I phoned again, three days ago. Got the answering service again. Still no return call. I note that the 5 star reviews shown, all date from four years ago. There is no service there now. I don't know where to go for help so can't give anyone else useful advice, sorry 😐.
What an amazing service these guys provide, Charlotte is an absolute asset to the team. Always goes above and beyond to help. Thank you for all the hard work and help provided.
Anytime I am being told to go to the citizens advice in Corby, I dread it, I really do. There is two desks who can handle pretty much everything however they are very underequipped to handle the issues and often requires multiple appointments or they'll send us to different people. It's impossible to reach them through the phone and it's often going to voice mail, and then having to try work with them to give you the simplest of information I feel I can find out myself through the internet. It's frustrating but sadly this is the place a lot of places will divert me to solve the issues I have.
