Not saying about all people here, only met 1 person in here. She is very intrusive, no empathy and no people skills. She is in the wrong job. I have used CAB in the past in Southport and there they are all lovely and helpful.
The service provided was excellent and helpful. Highly recommend for information and personal service especially Sue Jones in Bootle branch
Some of lifes beautiful people, give there time to help others, they should bbe paid well as they help the people who are in darkest despair and nowere to turn. I Was going through the worst time in my life.the situation 'migration' the dwp left me in was life changing, I'm. Very ill with copd,emphasima and cellulitis. Dwp stopped paying housing benefit after migration from esa to universal credit. Facing eviction and massive debt for just under a year. Been totally stressed and near suicidal as was facing being homeless and very ill. I couldn't cope with it, I felt beaten and bullied by dwp staff and system for no reason or wrong doing. Without citizens advice and the support and help from Helen I dont know we're id be. So very grateful. Thankyou Helen Terry keating
