Since I have been living in the uk, 2007, I have always accessed CAB, I have always got good results. Even if they can't deal with it, they find the people or organisation that can help your case. Last year I had a wicked person at work lie against me, if the CAB was not there to point me to the right pple, I would have been accused wrongly and had my dbs horribly done. Thank God for CAB. They have a few bad staff but all in all its been really good and a shame lots are being closed down. The tories are wicked government. Sad Labour is not helping for it to be open for poor pple to access help when needed. Thankyou CAB
