Their services in my own opinion, and based on my experiences, are exquisite. They are well organised and thorough with their services starting from their receptionists, who are very well trained to their confident Advisers, who do their very best to support their clients. I have used their services severally, and I have never been disappointed, not even for once. Even, where their services are limited, or unavailable, they will refer you to the appropriate quarters. In their work ethics, everyone is welcome and treated equally according to their needs. This is simply, who they are. Thank you.
I contacted this Citizen Advisory Association seeking assistance with three separate issues. Unfortunately, I did not receive effective help with any of them. My concerns did not seem to be taken seriously, and I was left feeling disappointed by the lack of support and guidance. I expected the organization to provide meaningful advice or assistance, but my experience was the opposite. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend their services. I would encourage others to do their own research before relying on this organization for help. I hope they take steps to improve their services and become more responsive, supportive, and accountable to the people who seek their assistance.
Really crap, complete waste of time. They don’t do anything or help you and makes things worse.
