Please remove the 10 minute time limit for the queue. During busy times it is nigh on impossible to get through, as by the time you've worked your way up in the queue, the call is ended, and you're forced to call back and start at the bottom of the queue all over again. To actually be able to get through to talk to an agent becomes a game of luck. I'd be more than happy to stay on hold/in the queue for an hour or so if it actually meant I got to speak to someone.
