They are very very helpful, lovely and kind and they listened to me eventhough I don't speak English whereas in the civic centre they were being rude and didn't even listen to me just because I don't speak English and they didn't wanna help me
Excellent advice over the phone from CB over the phone. Advised that dropping in at Mitcham (open all day) would be beneficial due to nature/ complexity of enquiry. Dropped in after a UC appointment as just down the road. Very hit and miss in terms of help and support. Kept waiting for no apparent reason ( don't mind waiting they are a charity after all) and just a general feeling of not really interested in helping or providing support. Used to sorting out issues for myself and dropped by as in the area. Hope that those who can't help themselves/ in a position to do so get the help and support that they are looking for. If you experience any issues don't let it put you off seeking help - there are other people and organisations who can andwill.
