Great service - the volunteers are amazing and they are offering solid advice. Sharon helped one of my customers and was very patient and understanding. The level of involvement from the volunteers show that they really care about the customers and their work. Amazing job!
I was doubtful about calling for advice but was at least feeling very optimistic about my case against a company. I sought advice and although the call was politely handled at first, once advice was given I felt immediately invalidated and judged. Not enough questions asked - I appreciate it’s difficult to help in such a short window but when one is feeling very depressed about being powerless against a company, the last thing you want is to leave the call feeling worse than I was before I started. ChatGPT stated quite clearly I do have a case and I should have left it at that.
Fabulous service from these volunteers - especially Ruth, who put in some extra time to help me out. This is after I've been given phone number after phone number by the DWP who themselves recommended I go to CAB!
