Completely useless. They just fobbed me off with other useless services instead of actually helping with my housing needs. As a result, my mental health has deteriorated no thanks to them.

I went to see citizen advice and I wasted 1 hour of my time for nothing they can’t even give me legal advice they are just taking free money by sitting at the desk doing nothing. They called themselves citizens advice bureau my foot they could give legal advice they can’t give advice for anything. Please don’t seek their help cause you will be very disappointed going there. They can’t even help you in anything they should just shut it down taking tax payers money for nothing.

They purposefully descriminate against visually impaired people, I have registered a complaint and will be contacting a solicitor!! They may think review is funny but when the MOD contacts them they won't be laughing.
