Not impressed. Please don’t volunteer if you don’t genuinely want to help people. A good reminder that the quality of service you get depends on the advisor you get on the day.
Decent place to get the advice you need if you go in. However don’t bother trying to phone them they are absolutely shocking at phone calls and never pick up I’ve tried countless times to phone up but never get though
Super helpful and with really easy access on the side of the library. Staff kind andhelpful.
Extremely helpful charity advisor regarding law. Found them helpful number of times
Every time I contact Citizens Advice, I receive a positive and efficient response. Recently, I had difficulties obtaining a copy of my divorce papers from Bury, as their service was unreliable. I reached out to Citizens Advice for assistance, and within a week the copy arrived at my home. Their dedication and professionalism truly make a difference. If this organisation didn’t exist, many of us would be lost. I’m deeply grateful for their valuable support.
