For the past two weeks, I’ve been trying to get advice by calling 0808 278 7938. On several occasions, I’ve waited almost an hour, only for the line to cut off. I’ve also tried the online chat, but my issue doesn’t relate to any of the available topics. The online form appears to be for debt-related matters only, and I can’t seem to find an email address. I’ve even visited the office in person, but unfortunately no one answered the door. I don't wish to disclose my matter on google as it's very personal. I’m genuinely struggling to understand how anyone is supposed to get advice. There seem to be multiple ways to make contact, but none that actually allow me to speak to someone about my issue. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Hello , I tried to contact not connecting. My landlord entered into my room without my permission or consent taken all my things while I was vacation changed his door locks while also I paid my rent in advance. Still the landlord has my deposit has not provided me. He has moved my things into a warehouse that contains valuable items and my certificates. The most useless and waste of time I have ever entertained and that is waiting to get through to someone for at least 1 month..... Shameful!.
