Went to see them personally, but was told I had to ring up instead. I sat in my car for 35 minutes waiting for someone to pick-up... I had to listen to a looping message that first said 'somebody will answer asap'... then, it said 'there is no one to take call...' then looped again and again.... then at the 35th minute, I was kicked out of queue, and found my self back at the beginning, being asked to 'choose' my options again. Bunch of jokers and clowns running the dregs of what's left. Terrible and very deliberate.

I tried to contact the citizens advice bureau in Harlow today. An absolute joke. What has happened to this once really helpful organisation?

Got told they dont do work related advice anymore and to just call the number on their website. Bit pointless
