You can get to this place by bus or take the train to Hammersmith. From the train stations it is about 10 minutes walk, depending on how slow or quick you walk. It is on the opposite side of Hammersmith Police Station. The gentle at the reception desk is very helpful. As this is my first and only visite there this is all the information I can give.
Very poor service. The last time I went there, there was a tall Black man “helping” people. First of all, I would like to say he has a rude and aggressive attitude towards everyone. I saw him earlier arguing with someone, they were shouting at each other loudly. Then I arrived, he gave me a paper and told me to call. I called and spent about an hour, and no one answered. On top of that, the services offered, over the phone, are basically the bare minimum. I went back to speak to someone, and the same man started arguing with another person he was “helping” and spoke to them rudely. I have never seen a worse service than this. I need to book an appointment and I have asked multiple times, and they keep ignoring me and replying by message anyway. What a “service” for citizens. Everyone seems annoyed, and are somehow rude to you. Even through messages. About two years ago, I went there for help filling out documents and they were helpful. Now the service is nothing short of a disgrace. Meanwhile, taxes keep increasing. I encourage everyone who has had or will have such a bad experience with them to write a review, because this situation needs to change.
