I visited the center to have my disability form filled out, but the staff refused to complete it. I was told there are no appointments available for the next four weeks because there is only one employee working at the center. Furthermore, I felt that I was treated unfairly, possibly due to my Arab background. This is very disappointing and unhelpful when trying to access necessary services.
I visited Citizens Advice in Widnes today with my young child seeking support regarding a housing issue and was disappointed by the experience. When I explained that I needed help, the staff member I spoke to appeared uninterested and offered very little assistance. I was told to return at 2pm, despite being aware that the office closes at 1pm, which left me confused and unsure how to proceed. As someone seeking advice during a difficult situation, I expected clearer guidance and a more helpful approach. Unfortunately, I left without receiving any support and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously.
