it would be handy you ans you phone it would be good that there is a button for other help as well as gas elec etc theres far to much info on the line and to many phone nos such very very poor service and then it keeps saying no one can pick the phone up i will never use your service again very poor service do something about this poor service

I have had help from Fylde CAB a few times over the years and they have always been incredibly kind and helped me so much. I find it quite difficult to talk to people but they are so lovely and patient. They're not judgemental and they make you feel like they are on your side. A lady that helped me recently was fantastic and we got on really well. These are amazing people, with all that they do.
