Im calling every day spending hours waiting someone answer the blaming phone and no one there, I want in person and security didn't allow me step in as I need to have appointment but no one answers, i did several different days and time still some, what are they doing part off having coffee and chat all day, what is the point if we can't use the service but they getting paid?
I live in the borough of Enfield. I contacted Enfield Citizens Advice (15.05.2026) in regard to some questions l had. I spoke to Mrs. ELJAN She listened carefully to all the questions l had and initially l want to thank Mrs. Eljan very much for the support, assistance and advice she gave me. The way she behaved, spoke, and tried to help, was very nice and kind, she was very committed to do the best for me and my family, which of course gives us more encouragement that there is help and support we can get from somewhere. Mrs. Eljan answered all my questions. In the end, to help me as best as possible, she booked an appointment with a specialists of that field, Mr. Alun, who has also helped me so much in the past too and is as well a very knowledgeable and professional person. I am very happy being assisted by Mrs. ELJAN, a person that made it possible to solve my problem quick, in a highly professional way, and I hope that Enfield Citizens Advice should be proud to have such staff among them.
