I didn't want this department, I wanted the main reception.

Needed urgent advice for 96yrs lady in palliative disabled care with cancer and disabled. Rang number and listened to "we'll be with you shortly" message inbetween mudic for one whole hour and clearly nobody working even though area number requested given. Disgusted as it was imperative I get her help!!!
