I copied and posted as I had the same expirance. 1st appointment and they argue with me over something I was right . After they checked in google they apologised. Booked me appointment and didn't show up. Claim i needed must be returned shortly and I waited 2 weeks not to be helped. "Well, it's absolutely waste of time. They are not actually aware of anything. Their advisors are knowledgeable of literally nothing. Any of us could have gone there sitting in there as an advisor, because they don't really know anything and are not helpful at all. They just repeat saying "we don't know, we are not sure..." At the end, you'll be given a list of legal firms offering free legal advice. I have called all of them. None offered any free advice. None. Nice circle! I am not sure if other centres are the same.

Was looking for advice about cancer support for my father in law from Darlington branch, they treat me horribly please look elsewhere really horrible people there we shouldn’t have such terrible services like this for us.

I’ve tried 42 times to contact them and all that happens is it says no ones available then hangs up on you , the reviews for this place are appalling to say the least and I can completely agree with them! This place needs to be investigated properly because people arnt doing there jobs!!!!! I’ve now tryed for months to get ahold of somebody and still nothing clearly the receptionist is extremely lazy and severely incompetent. I will be contacting a legal representative as these people are supposed to be available to help and instead it looks like they are doing the bare minimal to be able to keep the place open. Needles to say I’m absolutely disgusted!!!! P.S you can clearly see which are fake reviews and that they are lieing about their rating!!!
