Was on the phone from 14:59, I was then waiting and waiting to someone to answer my call but soon as it turned to 16:00 the automated service dropped me, losing my position in the queue. It didn't give me an option to continue the call. When there is a time of need for advice I get fobbed off by their stupid automated system!!! Citizens Advice? I call them Citizens No Advice!!! Will never EVER use them again. I get you guys volunteer and are busy with other clients, but it would be nice for your incompetent automated service to give you the option to continue the call and wait so ypu don't lose your position in the queue. There was no signal drop as it just said "Sorry there is no one to take your call at the moment. Good Bye". Like what the hell is even that?! If Google gave me a 0 stars option I WOULD!!

I’ve got mixed opinions about the advise these people give. Not one person gives the same advice so left me somewhat thinking is it worth the effort.
