It doesn't work. Why don't they answer? Absolutely infuriating. I've called a thousand times.

Considering the reviews for this, I wasn't really surprised that when i showed up at 9:36am on a Tuesday the drop-in was full. There was only like 3 people there.. I did manage to get through the phone lines by spamming the number for days and being on hold for about an hour. The phone number is not even the Bristol branch- the lady from the phone told me, Bristol does not have one!

If I could give it less I would. Utterly impossible to actually speak to anyone. 8 days of “we are currently closed” an absolute shambles. Useless useless useless. If you have a problem don’t bother, citizens advice won’t either. Pathetic
