How can i book an appointment? I am calling since they opened but no one pick up the phone. There is no email o any option to do it online in the website

I called the Citizens Advice Brent on 16th of January 2026 regarding Universal Credit's decision not to pay the housing element of my claim for a specific period. I was advised to complete a Mandatory Reconsideration form (CRMR1) with supporting evidence. I followed the advice and my appeal was successful.
