Just unbelievably bad. They disrespect you at every turn. You reach out for help and are told you can't receive help because you're the only one who reached out?! Absurd practice that will leave people dead. Everything here is a Catch-22 and you will not find the assistance you urgently require, despite the council telling you to reach out. I was laughed at while describing abuse and asking for help, told they couldn't help me because they couldn't verify the abuse that has left me making attempts on my life. Very poor.

I have been trying to contact citizens advisor southbourne. They keep redirecting me to online service but I have been refer by another citizen adviser to call my nearest wish is this to speak to an advisor. No help here.
