Beyond reproach. These are all volunteers giving up their free time to help you, no-one is paid to help you. Make sure that you say thank you. A gesture is always appreciated. I can't thank them enough.
Worst customer service do not pick up phones at Aylesbury office & contact email or chatbox not available! Very bad service agree with other comments! Update- Very very bad service got through after 3 weeks of holding on phone only for woman to be rude, obstructive and her supervisor and refuse to book a face to face appointment and this is supposed to be an advice service you could take lessons from Luton who do do appointments!
I've been trying to call citizen advice in aylesbury since December 2024 daily no one answers the phone one minute it says line busy next it says no one there to answer the phone you can even walk in to make a appointment to speak to someone aylesbury cab is a shamble when you can't speak to someone
