Worst solicitors in the uk, 2016 they was actually alright and would get good results. 2021 till 2024 they are very un professional and is only interested in the money they are making, not caring for any cases. they have referred me to some other solicitors which was rude & not even experienced properly., so I went back to citadel solicitors, they promised a lot and do not go through with it, also they never answer your calls. That’s from the office to the main person who owns the firm. It has taken me months to get in touch with any of the soliciting firms even the receptionists does not exist.. i have been with this firm since 2015. They was good them times, now they don’t care and don’t do their work properly. They claim to be unwell for 4/7 months within the whole year, where is the rest of the team/workers etc. it’s you life work with them if you like but from my experience of nearly 10 years overall they are the worst solicitors I have every used for immigration, un professional, full of excuses & never on time in anything.
