Calling repeatedly during opening times with no response across multiple days What the hell are these people getting paid for?? (Monday, Thursday (9:30-3pm) Tuesday 9:30-12pm). Update (at least a year later): Calling again, get through the welcome message then line cuts stating "line busy". Why not a queue with an approx wait time with live updates on how fast an average call is being answered today? I don't think I have EVER gotten through to these guys and have simply called other local citizens advice numbers. Unfortunately now I have an issue tied to the location rather than England in general so I do wonder if I will get through at all.
