I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at Citizens Advice for the outstanding support I received. From the very first phone call, I was treated with kindness, empathy and genuine care. Although I cannot remember the name of the lady who initially spoke with me, I will never forget how compassionate and understanding she was. Even before my situation had been resolved, she made me feel that I was not alone. At a time when I felt overwhelmed and vulnerable, that reassurance meant more than words can express. Due to the urgency of my circumstances, my first face-to-face appointment was arranged very quickly, for which I am extremely grateful. I must admit that the anxiety caused by the situation was already taking a toll on my physical and emotional well-being, so the prompt support made a tremendous difference. I then had the opportunity to be assisted by James, an exceptional professional. I was particularly impressed by his professionalism, empathy and kindness. Throughout the entire process, he showed genuine care and understanding. Knowing that someone was taking my concerns seriously gave me a great sense of relief during an incredibly stressful time. My situation was resolved remarkably quickly and with great professionalism. Everyone involved handled the matter efficiently, but also with genuine humanity and compassion, which I deeply appreciated. Thank you to every member of the team who played a part in helping me, from that very first phone call through to the successful resolution of my case. A special thank you to James for his exceptional support, professionalism and kindness. I will always be grateful for the help I received and would highly recommend Citizens Advice to anyone in need of guidance and support.

I am gone cut a long story short. This organisation by Camden helped me with an issue I had. Obviously I had to go back and forward and eventually I got what I wanted thanks to the advisors helping me with emails and advice. Big thank you to Camden citizen advice.
